In special season the standard arrival and departure day is Saturday, anyhow beginning and ending of your stay can be set differently depending upon availability of the rooms and apartments

Reservation

Payment terms: A 50% anticipation of the total cost is due when booking
is confirmed, the balance is due upon arrival

1) Reservations: To reserve at Ca' Lucano is necessary phone us, send un E-mail or a fax of request of availability, with specified the request period, how many people, in witch apartment you would like to stay, your first name and surname, your Telephone number and your E-mail for any answer.
2) Within 24 hours our staff will
contact you via E-mail phone or fax the confirmation of availability , at witch you will have to answer with your definitive confirmation.

To make your confirmation definitive you will have to make a Bank money Transfer to this with this bank account:

Your reservation will be
definitely confirm when we will receive your deposit in our bank account, or the copy (via fax) of your Bank money transfer or postal check.
4)To confirm your reservation we require as deposit, the 50% of the total amount up on your reservation ,the final payment will be at your check-in.
5) Arrival and departures from saturday to saturday - arrival 15 PM - departure max 10 AM Up on request is possible to agree other form of arrival and departure date, according to availability.
All prices are VAT inclusive.

| Cancellation
Policies |

1) To
cancel a reservation you will have to send us an E-mail or fax within
and not after 15 days your arrival at Ca' Lucano.
We will send you back your deposit thrue Bank money transfer or postal
Check within 7 days.
2) In case your cancellation will reach us after the above specified term,
sorry but it will be no possible to have your deposit back.
