Reservation details |
- An advanced payment of 50% of the total amount is requested on reservation; the balance is due upon arrival, or give your credit card information as warranty.
- To make a reservation at Ca’Lucano please call us or send an inquiry by e-mail or fax in which you specify the booking period, the amount of persons, the required rooms/apartments, your pre- and surname, your phone number and your e-mail address for the return information.
- Within 24 hours the Ca’Lucano team will confirm the availability by e-mail, phone or fax, on which you please reply with a definitive booking confirmation.

Cancellation details |
|
- To cancel a reservation we kindly request to send us your written cancellation by e-mail or fax at latest 15 days before arrival. The advance payment will be paid back with 7 days by cheque or bank transfer.
- If the cancellation is not made available to us within the specified time frame (at latest 15 days before arrival) we are unfortunately not able to pay back the advance payment.
