1)  Where exactly you are located and which distance are you from Siena, Florence , Rome and Milan etc..? We are in the village Palazzo del Pero, 12 kilometers far from Arezzo and de distance from Siena is 60 km, from Florence 70 km, from Rome 200 km.

17) What kind of voltage do you have,and are the plugs the same as in the USA? The voltage in Italy is 220 Volts and you will have to bring with you an adaptor.

19) I want to make a reservation, what I have to do?
In order to make a reservation with us:
1)The first thing you have to do is send us an E-mail with the Date you want to come how many people,which room or apartment you would like,to enquire for availability.
There after within 24 hours we will reply you back.
2)As a second step in order to confirm your reservation you will have to send us via E-mail,Phone or Fax you Credit Card information's.
3)As a third step we will replay you back via E-mail within 24 hours to confirm your Reservation.
